People intent on participating in civil disobedience and being arrested lead the way inside the North Carolina Legislative Building during the Mega Moral Monday action, June 3, 2013. Police estimated the crowd at 1,000 gathered on the Halafax Mall and 151 people were arrested inside the building's rotunda, between the legislative chambers.
